All our services involve creating custom vehicles tailored to each user's specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds once the creation process has begun. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
To request a refund, please click at 'Claim refund' link against your order in the table before the start of processing of your order or after 30 minutes of processing if you don't get your vehicle. This link will not work in other cases.
If you are not fully satisfied with the delivered vehicle, you may request revision by clicking against 'Review' link against your order in table. If vehicle is found defective on our side, you will be awarded a full refund. If vehicle is found working fine, it will be restored in your garage. Requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of receiving your vehicle.
If the uploaded VCL file is broken or unreadable on our side, your order will be ceased and would not be processed further with no refund. Make sure that .VCL file is fine byopening it in Delta-Cross Concept. To learn about VCL files, click here.
